Amy Mast has more than 20 years of experience in partnering with business, industry, and public-sector organizations to provide learning and talent development solutions. Amy has extensive experience in performance consulting with over 200 companies in building client-centered solutions using a variety of tools to align human performance with business strategy and goals along with cultural strategy and values. A particular area of expertise has been in specializing in job profiling, competency development and the administration of behavioral and ability assessments for the purpose of employee selection and development.

Amy Mast was employed with The University of Akron Wayne College for over 20 years in Continuing Education and Workforce Development, and prior to The University of Akron; Amy worked 10 years in nonprofit administration before starting her own consulting business in May of 2014.
Amy earned a M.S. in management with a concentration in human resources and a B.S. in industrial management from The University of Akron. She also has additional education in organizational development, process mapping, leadership, and performance consulting. Amy holds facilitator certifications from Development, Dimensions International (DDI), AchieveGlobal, and FranklinCovey. In addition, Amy is certified by CEB - SHL Talent Measurement in the Work Profiling Process, Universal Competency Framework, Testing in the Workplace and the Occupational Personality Questionnaire and is certified through DDI in its Selection Systems: Targeted Selection, Targeted Selection Access, and Success Profiles Card-Sort Process.

- Designed leadership development programs for 50 companies using a number of leading training providers including DDI, AchieveGlobal, Everything DiSC, and FranklinCovey.
- Conducted 105 job profiles and or competency profiles for 28 companies for designing and implementing selection, promotion, performance management and or learning and development systems.
- Written, awarded, and managed $2.2 million in grants which provided training to 46 companies and trained over 3500 employees in Northeast Ohio.
- Managed the offering of more than 100 continuing education and open enrollment programs yearly.
- Consulted and provided recommendations to more than 50 companies for the purpose of identifying appropriate selection and employee development assessments to accurately measure competencies or predict on-the-job performance.
